Summary of Experience

David is a Partner at Luminary Search and is currently responsible for the firm’s International Operations as well as managing Hi-Tech, Electronic Manufacturing and Semiconductor industries. He also has a secondary responsibility to assist in developing the Group’s global expansion.

Prior to Luminary Search, David has led a distinguished career in Executive Search and is regarded as one of the most influential headhunters across the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he held the position of Managing Director with one of the world's largest Executive Search firms in Malaysia and has had numerous managerial roles across Singapore and Hong Kong/China.

In a recruiting capacity, David's team continues to serve multinational clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, India, Australia, USA and western Europe.

Having graduated from Portsmouth and Southampton Universities, David has appeared in press articles within many Asian publications, most recently the Asian Computer Weekly (ACW) and India's Express Computer Magazine.
